Our Szechuan Peppercorns deliver a distinctive tingling sensation unlike any other spice. Lightly dry-toasting the peppercorns brings out their most aromatic qualities and depth of flavor. Toast in a dry pan over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring often to avoid burning.
