Our Coarse Pink Himalayan Sea Salt is mined from ancient salt deposits formed by long-dried prehistoric seas. Local miners extract the salt by hand, then transport it down the mountains on yaks to be distributed throughout Pakistan via the same multi-generational trade routes. The large crystals offer a firm texture and mineral complexity and are best used in a salt grinder.

Uses
