Chilean Merquén Seasoning is a bold, smoky chile blend rooted in traditional Mapuche cooking from southern Chile. Made from dried, smoked aji cacho de cabra peppers blended with sea salt and coriander, it has a coarse texture similar to crushed red pepper, but with far more depth.
