Our Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks are “true cinnamon” sourced from Sri Lanka, long valued for their delicate sweetness and subtle citrus notes. Flavor Profile

Delicate, sweet, refined cinnamon flavor with citrus, floral notes and subtle spice.

Uses

Use the sticks in mulled wine, cider, and hot beverages. Infuse milk or cream for custards and ice cream. Try with tea, particularly chai and spiced teas. Crumble and add to coffee grounds before brewing to add delicate sweet-spiced notes. Use in pickling liquids and brines. Add to braised meats, especially lamb and pork. Add whole sticks to rice pilaf, biryani, and other grain dishes. Remove the sticks before serving in most applications, or use them as stirrers for hot beverages.
