Uses

Use tomato powder to quickly build rich tomato flavor without added moisture. Stir directly into soups, stews, and gumbos to thicken and deepen flavor. It works especially well in braises, chili, and bean dishes where you want concentration without excess liquid. Tomato powder can also be blended into dry rubs, meatloaf, or seasoning mixes for a savory boost. To convert into tomato paste, mix 1 part powder with 2–3 parts water. To make tomato sauce, mix 1 part powder with 4 parts water.
