Uses

Use as a seasoning for pickles. For pickled vegetables, add 2 t of our pickling spice mix per quart of brine. To make 2 qts. of brine for pickling, mix 8 cups water with a 1/3 cup salt and a 1/2 cup vinegar. To parboil 2-3 lbs. ribs before grilling, add 3 T of spices for pickling to water in a 5 qt. pot.
